Paid Time Off 

To promote the importance of work/life balance, all employees begin earning Paid Time Off immediately. PTO may be used for vacation, sick time, and any other personal reasons.

Holidays 

Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer PC observes the following holidays:

  • Memorial Day
  • Juneteenth
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day

Eligible employees receive pay for these holidays.

Other Paid Leave

Eligible employees receive up to three days of bereavement leave upon a death in their immediate family. When serving jury duty, eligible employees receive their regular pay.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Magellan Health Services (www.MagellanHealth.com)

The EAP provides you and your family members with 24-hour access to counselors for support, guidance and resources for everyday work/life issues, such as parenting, eldercare and stress management.  You also may take advantage of in-person counseling sessions with a local counselor when warranted, as well as telephone access to legal counsel.  Our benefits cover up to 3 face-to-face counseling sessions per employee per year and numerous resources available through Magellan’s website. Employees also have access to an Employee Assistance Program (“EAP”), Travel Assistance and Voluntary Term Life Insurance through Principal Financial (www.principal.com) or 800-986-3343.

As an employee you can purchase VTL insurance for yourself and your dependents at group rates; you pay the premiums through after-tax payroll deductions.  Coverage is subject to full underwriting, including a health statement and possible medical exam, unless purchased at the commencement of employment or during a special open enrollment period.

The Travel Assistance services provide you, your spouse and dependent children (whether traveling together or separately) with access to travel, medical, legal and financial assistance plus emergency medical evaluation benefits when traveling domestically or internationally 100 or more miles away from home for up to 120 consecutive days.
